Everything your Magento
store needs, from one team

Three services built around a single platform. We go deep on Magento instead of spreading thin across every framework, so the people who build your store also scale, test, monitor and improve it.

A Magento system that scales and stays online

Most Magento slowdowns don't come from Magento itself. They come from cache misses, under-sized search, a single database node, or a deployment that takes the store offline. We design the whole stack for speed and uptime from the start.

We run Magento on AWS with Kubernetes, put Varnish in front of every page that can be cached, move cache and sessions to Redis and tune OpenSearch for your catalog. Then we load-test it before your next campaign does.

AWS Kubernetes Varnish Redis OpenSearch
Plan Your Scaling
High-Availability Architecture

Multi-AZ on AWS, replicated database, horizontal PHP-FPM pods on Kubernetes. No single node can take the store down.

Caching That Actually Hits

Varnish full-page cache with correct hole-punching, Redis for cache and sessions, and cache warming after deploys.

Fast Catalog Search

OpenSearch sized, indexed and tuned for large catalogs, multiple store views and fast layered navigation.

Ready for Peak Traffic

Autoscaling rules, load tests that replay real traffic, and a peak-season runbook agreed with your team in advance.

Zero-Downtime Deployments

Blue/green or rolling releases on Kubernetes, safe database migrations and instant rollback. You won't need a maintenance page again.

Development, testing, DevOps, monitoring and optimization in one team

Most stores split this work across an agency, a freelancer, a hosting provider and an internal ops team, and things get lost in the handoffs. With us, the people who write the code also test it, ship it, watch it in production and make it faster.

  2. 02

    Automation Testing

Selenium end-to-end suites covering search, cart and checkout, running on every merge request. No release goes out on manual testing alone.

    DevOps

Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized Magento on Kubernetes, separate staging and production environments on AWS.

    Monitoring

New Relic APM, Grafana dashboards and Checkly synthetic checks on critical journeys, with alerts going to engineers who know your code.

    Optimizing

Tideways and New Relic profiling to find slow code paths, heavy extensions and N+1 queries, then we fix them and measure the gain.

Magento engineers who work with AI every day

AI only helps if the people using it understand the platform. Our Magento engineers use Claude, OpenAI models and Google Antigravity throughout the delivery cycle, from reading legacy code to generating tests. A senior engineer reviews everything before it reaches your store.

In practice this means shorter upgrade projects, better test coverage, faster onboarding to existing codebases, and AI features that are ready for production.

Claude OpenAI Antigravity
How We Use AI
  • AI-Assisted Development & Code Review Claude and Antigravity agents help us understand unfamiliar modules, draft code that follows Magento coding standards, and catch issues in review before a human signs off.
  • Faster Upgrades & Broader Test Coverage AI-driven analysis of deprecated APIs and extension conflicts during Magento upgrades, plus generated Selenium scenarios that cover more of the store.
  • AI Features for Your Store Semantic product search on OpenSearch, AI-written product content, and support assistants built on Claude or OpenAI APIs, all connected to your Magento data.
  • Smarter Operations AI summaries of New Relic and Grafana incidents and faster root-cause analysis, so on-call engineers spend their time fixing problems instead of searching logs.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what Magento store owners usually ask us first.

Which Magento versions do you work with?

Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce. We build new stores, take over existing ones, upgrade older Magento 2 versions and migrate stores from other platforms.

Can you take over a store built by another agency?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code, extensions, infrastructure and release process, so we know the risks before we change anything. Then we document what we find and agree on priorities with you.

Do we have to move to AWS and Kubernetes?

No. We recommend infrastructure based on your traffic, catalog size and budget. Often the first gains come from fixing caching, search and slow code on your current hosting. We only propose a move when the numbers justify it.

How do you use AI without putting our code or data at risk?

We agree with you upfront which AI tools may be used on your code and data. AI helps us read code, draft changes and write tests, but every change is reviewed by an engineer and goes through the same tests and release process as any other.

What does the free Magento audit include?

A review of performance (profiled with New Relic or Tideways), infrastructure, caching, search, extensions and your release process. You get a written, prioritized list of fixes, whether or not you work with us afterwards.

How do engagements and pricing work?

Three models: a fixed-scope audit, project delivery with an agreed scope, or a dedicated Magento team billed monthly. After a short call we send an estimate based on your actual store.

We'll look at performance, infrastructure, code health and release process, then recommend which service fits your situation.
